  1. Depends on your budget. Those Bowflex will range anywhere from $400-$600 for a pair. You can get a pair of twist lock cast iron Adjustable dumbbells that have the same weight for under $200 you can also load up more weight overtime. But it is more annoying to remove and insert a weight plate every single time whenever you want to change weight

  2. Got myself a pull up and dip station for less than £75. Best home gym equipment purchase ever. Got a dips belt and some kettlebells to build the difficulty as well.

  3. This is my favorite my dad buy me the gym Walmart a lot of people workout gym your muscle 💪💪💪💪💪👇👇👇👇🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😎😎😎😎😎

  4. Def get resistance bands. Like $25 for a full set. Extremely useful n hits your muscles diff. Truck is with bands, use high reps around 20 per set and hold the peak contraction for a full second.

  5. I looked up the dumbell price and dang £200
They look cool and takes 0 space and perfect but dang that’s expensive

  6. Get a good barbell and bumper plates and power rack or squat rack if you’re tied up for space and focus on the big five squat, bench, overhead press, barbell row and deadlift and slowly improve those and all you need is 3 well maybe a bench but 4 pieces of equipment and to save costs but plates used steel and not bumper buy a budget rack that can support atleast 800 lbs but don’t skimp on a good bar

  7. The kettle bells I can sort of agree with you, but any benches, I would stay far away from. Spend a few extra dollars and buy a better bench. Weight capacity and durability of those bench are super low. And when mechanical failure happens on a bench, it is not funny. Just don’t want anyone to get hurt on some bad equipment.

  8. Best thing I tell anyone, do your own research. Figure what your max you want spend and go from there. Used market is a go to aswell. You can buy cheap power racks/cage around $200 and alot of time times even under. Cheap power rack/cage is much more safer then a cheap sqaut stand.

  9. Power blocks are way more durable than those bowflex things and you can upgrade them to 90lbs per side

  10. Really Weider is not pronounced Wider how can u talk about fitness at all and not know Weider as pronounced like Weeder as in Joe Weider not a good look and it would make me not want to watch anything at all on your channel and to scroll on how can u not know how to say Weider right who brought Arnold Schwarzenegger to America to compete u must not mess on these things good luck!

  11. If I’m already doing insanely good with my 45s what should I buy cuz I don’t wanna be buying multiple weights

  12. I love my Bowflex adjustable dumbbells. when following a workout that’s fast-paced, the only part I hate about it is potentially having to pause the workout so you can adjust the weight. Other than that…which is a first-world problem, I love them

  13. Lol Bowflex. U can get small plates and handles for much cheaper than a Bowflex. Don’t rip people off.

  14. I bought the bench and rack along with the cap barbell and weights. They have served me well so far. Good recommendations
