  1. I had covid on 2021, and suffer from AVN due to steroids and had core decompression 1 year ago still i am still doing physiotherapy exercises but still my legs are weak, hard to walk and still have pain so can you please make a resistance band exercises to strengthen the legs, glutes.

  2. A good start, would be helpful to have the camera in front, so we can see the width of stretches in squats, also if she demonstrated in chair, hands on wall, etc.

    That they are wide and thick
    But how can I keep
    Them from falling down off my ankle ?
    I lift my leg bring it down and the other falls down

    Weak! 😂. It doesn’t not stretch like this and it’s the lightest one

  14. I just kind of randomly got some resistance loops without even knowing what to do with them. This video is the first one that I have done with them and I am so excited That i’m going to be able to use them to strengthen my hips because i’ve been struggling With weak hips for a long time and it’s been very frustrating.
